Is Godzilla indestructible?
While Godzilla is incredibly durable and immune to conventional weaponry, he still has several weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

Godzilla is vulnerable to being frozen, as seen in GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN, SON OF GODZILLA, and GODZILLA VS. DESTOROYAH. Extremely cold temperatures can cause Godzilla to enter a state of hibernation or inactivity, though they cannot kill him.
Godzilla is vulnerable to extremely high voltages of electricity, as seen in both KING KONG VS. GODZILLA and MOTHRA VS. GODZILLA. This weakness allowed King Kong to turn the tide of battle against Godzilla and nearly led to his defeat in the latter film, but never proved fatal.
Godzilla is shown to have a slight aversion to fire in GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN and GODZILLA VS. MEGALON, even though he often finds himself surrounded by fire in other films.
Godzilla is very resistant to toxins and poisons, however Hedorah's sulfuric acid mist caused him to collapse and gasp for air. That being said, he was still more resistant to the mist than most other lifeforms, which were disintegrated instantly by it.
Dr. Shiragami's Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria (ANEB) reduced the radiation in Godzilla's body to the point he was forced to hibernate underwater for two years, only recovering after absorbing the energy from a nuclear sub.
Super Mechagodzilla managed to immobilize Godzilla with its G-Crusher system, which destroyed the second brain controlling motor function in his lower body. Only through Fire Rodan's sacrifice did Godzilla recover and defeat Mechagodzilla.
The Full Metal Missiles from GODZILLA 2000: MILLENNIUM managed to blast off entire chunks of Godzilla's armored flesh, although he healed completely from the damage in a matter of hours thanks to the Organizer G1 in his cells.
In GMK, Godzilla's body was destroyed when a D-03 missile opened a wound in his chest, through which his atomic breath fired when he attempted to use it. The pressure from this built up until Godzilla exploded. However, his disembodied heart continued beating.
When fired underwater, Kiryu's Absolute Zero cannon shredded Godzilla's chest, leaving a wound that had not yet healed an entire year later and proved to be a weak point in their next battle.
Godzilla can be harmed if his own atomic breath is reflected back at him, something exploited by the Super X2's Fire Mirror and Mechagodzilla's Plasma Grenade. Mothra's scales can also reflect Godzilla's atomic breath.
Godzilla Filius was killed when his dorsal fins were destroyed and he was injected with numerous EMP Probes, which caused his internal electromagnetic energy to build to critical levels until he exploded. This strategy would not prove effective against the larger Godzilla Earth.
Other monsters are capable of hurting or defeating Godzilla. Monsters such as Hedorah, Gigan, Mechagodzilla, Biollante, SpaceGodzilla, Destoroyah, and Keizer Ghidorah have proven capable of seriously injuring him in combat.
Shin Godzilla was injured when Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) bunker-buster bombs were dropped onto his back, causing him to bleed profusely. However, the injury did not prove significant, and Godzilla quickly adapted to counter this.
Last but not least, Godzilla's own atomic energy led to his death in GODZILLA VS. DESTOROYAH, where he underwent an internal nuclear meltdown when his heart overheated from the massive intake of nuclear power he absorbed from the explosion of Birth Island.
