Content: Disney has been able to create a $330B empire of parks, resorts, cruises, movies, streaming, merchandise etc. with its content. Content is king and Peloton knows this.

Peloton has carefully picked and groomed instructors for top-notch content for all demographics. There is something for everyone. Peloton has seen huge initial success with music partners (Beyonce el al) and will continue to develop. Continually improving

Community: Peloton has developed their leaderboard to follow friends, compete with friends and compete against your own metrics. This has provided

huge word of mouth referrals as we have seen minimal Peloton ads during the pandemic. It wasn't needed. They have marketing as ammunition for new product launch, further expansion into other markets in the future.

The challenges, FB groups, high fives and Homecoming events are another driver of the Peloton community. You don't see people flocking to Echelon (Amazon bike) 😆headquarters Homecoming selling out tickets in less than an hour (pre-Covid)
8/ Connectivity: Peloton makes every rider feel like the instructor is speaking directly to them during a ride. They have consulted with experts in production and have trained their instructors precisely to do just this. Peloton subscribers feel strongly connected

As @keylargofoley says on every conference call, we are just getting started. Peloton has a bright future with strong cult-like following which has created a strong moat.
