Update on new virtual account numbers!
Here are answers to some frequently asked questions.

Q: “Why aren’t you using providus anymore”?

A: We received communication from our Virtual Account Provider that the existing Providus virtual accounts are currently inactive.
Q: “How do I get my new account number”?

A: Simply login to your Piggyvest account > Tap on the “New Virtual Account Numbers” banner > Create A New Account Number.

A new Flex account number will be instantly generated on your account.
Q: “Does my money migrate? Or do I need to withdraw it and redeposit it”?

A: No, you don’t need to. your funds remain in your Flex account
Q: “What happens to pending transactions that have already been made to the old Flex account number”.

A: All pending transactions will be reversed to the source account.
Q: “How do I fund my new Flex account number”?

A: Simply copy the new account number after it has been generated. Login to your bank app to make a direct transfer to the account number and select Wema bank as the beneficiary bank account.
