Danish, German, Swedish and other European armed forces who we regularly interact with have the ability to collectively bargain. Why would anyone want to be “subject” to a pay policy that they have no ability to influence? Calls for a permanent pay review body sound like...
Calls for Brexit. What does it even mean? No C&A process? No adjudications? No more involvement in pay talks? No more votes on pay? Sounds like what went on Pre 1990 and the foundation of representation!

Finally, if our members are forced into a permanent pay commission that inhibits our freedom to Associate and collective bargaining is the Govt not breaching our members rights under Art’s 5&6 again? @CllrPioSmith @labour @fiannafailparty @FineGael @greenparty_ie @sinnfeinireland
