If the $1400 is “finishing the job” of the first $600, then it would go to everyone who was eligible for the first $600. If you’re changing the eligibility of the $1400, it’s a new check. If you didn’t think they broke the promise before, you gotta be coming around now

They started with “$1400 + $600.” In the GA homestretch, they got everybody to say “$2000 checks” so they could win. When they won, they said “$1400 + $600” again, “finish the job of $2000.” Now they’re cutting people out of the $1400
