1/: Germany’s chief virologist, inventor of the corona PCR-test, world record holder in speed publishing & holder of the Order of Merit of Germany, @c_drosten, has a somewhat elastic relationship with the truth. But he isn't the only one who made disputed statements about #masks.

2/: The narrative with respect to masks came up in March 2020. Before that, almost all experts and government health authorities advised against wearing masks. So did Daniel Koch, Swiss Federal Office for Health, who declared that “masks are not very effective”.

3/: However, one month later, @marcelsalathe, member of the Swiss Corona-Taskforce suddenly claimed that “it is clear that masks are effective. It irritates me that people are still discussing this.”

What caused that opinion to change that rapidly?

4/: Veterinarian and Director of the German Federal Institute of Infectious Diseases Lothar Wieler even urged that “these rules must never be questioned!” with respect to masks etc. The last time I read that sentence, it referred to George Orwell’s Ministry of Truth.

5/: After everybody was equipped with self-made mould-breeding cloths, the narrative changed towards FFP2 masks. Suddenly, “normal masks” were insufficient. @Markus_Soeder, the reigning autocrat of Bavaria, stated that “with FFP2 masks you protect yourself and others better”.

6/: The latest trend is wearing double and triple layers of masks. #Fauci said that “wearing two face masks just makes common sense”, while prof. @linseymarr claimed that a 3-layer mask is the way to go - a clear case of a shortage of oxygen in the brain. https://twitter.com/linseymarr/status/1330874052915900418

7/: Looking at the data, we can see that lockdowns and mask mandates have not resulted in the desired success. 8/: In Gitmo, prisoners were psychologically tortured by controlling sensory input leading to a dehumanization of the mask-wearer. Knowing that masks don’t halt the spread of the virus, we should ask ourselves why the whole world is eventually running around with that gag.

9/: Facial expressions are an important factor in social communication. Triple masks, face shields, and anti-virus goggles definitely hamper communication. Those who suffer most are children, who are deprived of their childhood that way. #childdevelopment

10/: Enough is enough. We all deserve our old lives back. This is not a real pandemic. If this were true, the average age of death would have dropped by many years, which is totally not the case.
