Here is what’s been going on the #AsianAmerican community for years. It’s nothing new, but with social media and pages like @nextshark, a lot of it is coming to light.

And this is another attack on an elderly Asian man just days after Ratanapakdee was killed.
This one caught on surveillance video is of a 91yo man, just walking on the sidewalk in Oakland’s Chinatown.
He was taken to the hospital for his injuries.

Oakland PD said the suspect approached 2 other victims shortly after this. A 55yo woman lost consciousness. Another man, 60, was also hurt.
