Few days ago had a discussion

He : Sir my name is Joseph , i would like to become a Hindu again
Me : Again
He : Yes Sir, we were Hindus before, my father got converted when I was young
Me : Why do you want to come back again ?
He : i don't like the happenings in Christianity

Me : What's wrong
He : everything sir , whats happening there is not Christianity but Churchianity
Me :
He : yes sir no one is following the instructions of Christ , but mere sloganeering
Me : can you explain
He : few years ago you had asked me few questions

Me : me questions ?
He : You have forgotten me , you asked me two questions
1. Christians say animals have no soul , do you believe it ?
2. How can you have violence in the kitchen and talk about peace in the living room
I was not able to answer you then for these two questions

He : i asked this question to many of my pastors none were able to give a convincing answer. I tried to get answers from other congregations too ,neither were they able to answer, in this process i went to several Christian denominations, thats when i understood their differences

Me : divisions?
He : yes sir. a Catholic will not go to protestant church, a protestant will not go to a Pentacost church , a Pentacost will not go to a Jacobite church, Jacobite will not go to Lutheran church etc .,. So much hatred, yet everyone says they worship Christ

Me : Interesting
He :But i find no such thing exists in Hinduism,i see a devotee of Vishnu visit Shiva temple , A Shiva devotee visiting a Vishnu temple & both of them going to a durga temple. One interesting thing i noted in Hinduism is there is no compulsion & propaganda

He : I have seen Sisters become mothers and brothers becoming fathers , the less talked about the horrible things happening in the churches the better it is
Me : Why did your father convert ?
He : my father was in abject poverty, missionaries told my father if you convert .

He :most Christian countries are rich because they are Christians, India is poor because you are a Hindu.If you convert you will become rich, now two decades after conversion we are still in poverty, nothing has changed only thing that has changed is the lifestyle of missionaries

Me : lifestyle of missionaries?
He :Yes sir , two decades ago the one who converted my father was moving around in a cycle, today he is. Having Mercedes, Audi & BMW. but we are still where we are , when i asked him about this, he said you also convert you will also get a BMW

Me : How about the Caste factor ?
He : Its there in Christianity too , in south TN they had built a wall in the church to separate Dalit Christians from upper caste christians while praying. Here if a brahmin is converted the missionary gets more money, its business out there

Me : Are there caste divisions in Christianity
He : as said earlier ,there are divisions in the Christianity like in Hinduism , if not more .
Me : Why do you want to come back
He : Sir as you said last time Religion has derived from the word Re-Ligare "means to link with God"

He :I want to link with God,
I want to know about the Kingdom of God, i want to know the relationship between me and God, i want to know about transmigration of soul, i want to know about afterlife , i want to know about the laws of Karma, i want to know about the purpose of life

Me : Dont you have answers for these in Christianity ?
He: No sir i tried my best to get , but not getting convincing answers, last time you gave me a book called " Science of self realisation by Srila Prabhupada, it has all the answers, i am so convinced ,Sanatan Dharma only way

Me: So glad that you read that book
He : I am thirsty for spiritual knowledge , Christianity is like a mirage , Sanatan Dharma is a fresh water lake.
Me : Welcome back my friend
