Tournament organizers:
Stop pitching your services to companies like Riot without including ROBUST broadcast budget in your RFP. And if you do this to try and win the event, you'd sure as hell better sell some fucking sponsorships to create a broadcast budget to pay your talent. https://twitter.com/TempoZP/status/1358199253315813379

It's easier for you to pay your casters $100 a day than do some legwork and create the budget (either in the tender phase or selling sponsorships after the fact) properly?
Sure, but you'll catch these damn hands every time I hear about it, and this voice is only gonna get louder

Your budgets are set by some out of touch ex-media exec that doesn't value the ability of broadcast talent and production staff properly?
Dont care, fix your shit. Hold an intervention. Erect a fucking maypole and swap stories about the Winamp era. Whatever it takes.

I know I'm annoying you, oh TOs-that-remain-unnamed. Maybe some devs too.
Please don't ignore this, though. Otherwise I start tagging you and we can engage in some sprightly discourse in 280chars or less (great for PR!)
