Remember Allāh ﷻ in your daily affairs. Our minds are busied the whole day on all things BUT the remembrance of Allāh ﷻ. So we can't be surprised that it'll distract our Salāh too. If Remembering Allāh ﷻ is the focal point of our day, it will also come natural in Salāh.
Perfect your Wudhū! When carrying it out, do it with complete and full concentration, keeping all the ādāb of wudhū in mind, and trying not to miss any Sunan or Nawāfil.

Worship Allah as if He’s right there in front of you and can see Him.

Don’t speed into Salāh and rush your الله أكبر. Instead, take a few minutes to contemplate over what you’re truly about to engage in. Be conscious of that fact that you’ll be speaking to Allāh the Almighty!
Focus on the meaning of what you’re reciting. Ponder over the verses. If you don’t know the meaning, take out time to learn what you are reciting, even if it’s just one ayah a day!
If your mind starts wandering (involuntarily) quickly bring your focus back to your Salāh. Don’t allow yourself to stay engulfed in your worldly thoughts for more than a few seconds.
