As mentioned earlier, voting for the MLS player pool to ratify the terms of the CBA that were tentatively agreed to last night is now open. Vote will run until 12 ET on Monday.

What are the players voting on? Big thread incoming. Some info already out there, some new.
Main points:

The CBA would be extended by two years through 2027, a significant win for the league.

In exchange, the players would keep 100% of their salaries in 2021.
The players would also receive other givebacks, many of which were just relayed to me by a source.

Free agency requirements would change in 2026 and 2027. Instead of needing to be at least 24 w/ a min. of 5 years of MLS service to qualify, players would qualify at 24 and 4.
The caps on what free agents would be able to be paid when switching teams would increase in 2026 and 2027.
The salary budget would increase by 7.5% between 2025 and 2026 and 10% between 2026 and 2027, bigger changes than in previous years of the deal, but smaller changes than those typically seen when moving from one CBA to another.
The salary budget agreed to in previous CBA for 2022 would be budget for 2023. The budget agreed to for 2023 would be the budget for 2024.

The budgets for 2022 and 2025 will not simply “slide." Those years will include additional increases from previous ears in previous deal.
The number of charter flights allowed per team, per year would slide from those agreed upon in the previous CBA. The 2022 allowances will be pushed to 2023, 2023 to 2024, etc.
Bonuses would not slide. They would remain the same as bargained in June, then increase 7.5% from 2025 to 2026 and 10% from 2026 to 2027.

Minimum salaries would also not simply slide, but that's a bit more complex than is worth going into here.
Players would get slightly less of a cut of media rights fees. The players are scheduled to get a percentage of every dollar of annual media rights $ over $100 million.

In 2023 and 2024, percentage would be 12.5%, decrease from 25% in 2024. From 2025-27, percentage would be 25%.
Big shouts to @JeffreyCarlisle, who's been all over a lot of this stuff over the last 24 hours.

I'm also so, so sorry for doing this ridiculous thread. I hope at least a few of you MLS weirdos (term of endearment!) aren't completely bored by it.
Last one, and this is just my own opinion:

I'd be legitimately shocked if the full player pool rejects the deal.
