/: I am a systems theorist and consequently deal with complex systems, among other things, human #metabolism. I believe in the power of our immune system, which somehow became a crime nowadays. This thread is based on many years of application and primary literature research. ⬇️
/: Today, I posted a thread on 7 supplements you should take to #boost your immune system (remark: the word “NOT” is missing before “mass vaccination” 😑). I was asked by several followers whether I could provide a protocol. https://twitter.com/goddeketal/status/1358036802012119041
/: So in this short ⬇️thread⬇️ I will tell you how to unlock your #potential. I will not get much into detail. Every human is different, which cannot only be limited to factors such as age, weight, gender, skin colour (vitamin D-related), gut microbiota etc.
/: You also want to achieve a good Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acid ratio. Omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory, while Omega-6 fatty acids are pro-inflammatory. You might want to consider eating fatty cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring about 1-2 times a week.
/: Avoid sugars at any price. Sugar is the “white toxin” and has many names: Dextrose, fructose, galactose, glucose, lactose, maltose, sucrose etc. Eating fruits is fine though as long as there is a good balance with vegetables (i.e. vegetables to fruits = 3:1).
/: On top of following a healthy diet, you might want to do exercises every day. At least 30 minutes. When you do groceries, use a bike, practice “Indian pushups” after waking up, or do squats while taking a shower. Everything does but your body really needs it. Promised!
/: As you can see, food is your real medicine. It is the basis of having a healthy life. Exercises and being active (outside) is the next level. Please do not underestimate it.
/: Supplementation can be considered the top of the pyramid that is able to tweak and boost your metabolism. Many people consume handfuls of supplements without taking care of the general diet and exercises. Don’t be that person!
/: However, the power of #supplementation is underestimated as it can overcome structural deficits and bring your #metabolism to another level. Let us get into the list of supplements that can be taken for preventive measures against COVID-19 and other viral infections.
/: Per day: (1) Vitamin D3 [5000-10,000 IU]; (2) Vitamin K2 [200µg]; (3) Magnesium [200mg]; (4) Zinc [20mg]; (5) Vitamin C [1000mg]; (6) Vitamin B50-Complex [2xweek]; (7) Selenium [100µg]; (8) Boron [400µg]; (9) Grape Seed Extract [200mg]; (10) Jiaogulan Extract [500mg].
/: I am also a big fan of: Melatonin [5mg], Quercetin [500mg], Choline [500mg], and CBD [20mg]. They are very beneficial. Yet, they are budget-related. I am currently paying about 50€ (60$) per month for my supplements. I have not been #sick for years, so it totally pays off.
/: Ironically, I have been COVID-positive but did not even notice. As soon as a virus attacks me, my immune system is there to fight it off. The only creatures that really get me down are cats. If you have any questions, drop a message here or on TG: https://t.me/goddek .
