So how come he diagnosed #SSR bipolar, predicted his suicidal tendencies & fate with parveen babi in just one meeting.

I feel tht there r high chances tht SSR was offered a role,he met bhatt for discussion too bt might hv refused the script after reading it & nw Bhatt is making up the story that SSR wasn't offered any role in the 1st place & the cast was already fixed.
