... have some support models and some simultaneous. Schools are designed for max density and capacity, CDC guidelines are a must. Some teachers meet ADA and have a right to teach virtually. People need to understand that not everyone is going to get their way on this #compromise
W/o top APs like @RMHS_Lopez and @RM_Roberson who figured out the details and a collaborative culture w/ teacher leaders and a trusting relationship w/ staff, this would be close to impossible. I am so lucky to have the colleagues I do. Brilliant people.
