8. That's not how contracts work. No company would enter into a contract with miscreants. Requirements of contract, expectation n delivery of yield will be laid down. Hawa mein baat na karo. Company isn't gonna screw its business just coz they want to 'exploit' their upstream.

Even after signing contract, farmer can withdraw anytime, without penalties, if no advance taken.
