Every day, I’m grateful that this happened far enough in to my life for me to have a toolkit of coping skills already gathered...
...and all my major social milestones safely behind me.
I really feel for young people whose lives and development have been disrupted at pivotal moments, and to see such a lack of empathy for them from certain people is really fascinating to me
Swear some people reach adulthood and completely forget what it felt like to be a teenager. Then they look at teenagers as if they’re not quite real people
