2. The US treason statute is written in terms of crimes against the individual states. If each state was a victim of these crimes of treason they have jurisdiction to charge them all in state criminal proceedings and issue state arrest warrants for their immediate arrest.

3. And the attack on the Capitol was treason under US law. CJ Marshall who argued against the broad use of treason as a political tool established that these attackers and their leader Donald Trump were engaged in Treason as follows:
