First up, let's review why voting for any @GOP candidate is a bad idea. All of the power in the Senate goes to the party that has the majority. They hold the committee chairs & determine which bills get a vote. A vote for a "moderate" Repub is, in fact, a vote for the entire GOP.
On to specifically why Craig Snyder, how he will try to sell himself to PA, and why he would be a terrible Senator.

If you read the Inquirer piece linked above, you see he is marketing himself as a "moderate," a "Never Trumper," and "practical." DO NOT BE FOOLED.
This is the exact playbook that @SenToomey used to pull the wool over the eyes of Pennsylvania's voters. It's the fig-leaf-moderate play. When running for office, you talk about how moderate you are and then hope like hell no one pays attention to your actions.
Why was @SenToomey forced to retire? Because he lost control of the public narrative about himself -- four years of sustained protests, education, letters to the editor and daylight made the truth come out. He can't run on being a moderate again. Craig Snyder hopes to take over.
So! Remember Roger Stone? The guy who Trump pardoned and an absolute right wing, lying, white supremacist? Well! Craig Snyder started a political consulting firm with him. Can we trust the judgement of a man who started a business with Roger Stone?!
And as for being good for Pennsylvanians? Craig Snyder thinks that the COVID relief package is too big. Umm. Has he talked to any working class or poor people in this state?
Craig Snyder is the CEO of Indigo Global Partners, a firm that specializes in "brand development and re-branding initiatives." They also do "profile enhancement through targeted hits in .. mass media outlets." He is doing exactly this for himself!
When Craig Snyder says he is a moderate and trots out a very scripted description of his history, ask yourself why is he running as a Republican. Ask yourself if he has any experience that let's him know what the life of Pennsylvanians is like.
For now, we will leave you with this. Craig Snyder says the Republican Party should stand for: "capitalism, a muscular foreign policy, and a rejection of identity politics."

He is no moderate. He is just GOP right-wing ideologue who has vast experience in PR.
