Content marketing is not going away. It's growing rapidly.

- but many brands and agencies that have a high demand for content and creators...

...still struggle to find content creators.

There's a disconnect that exists between many brands/agencies and content creators.
In my experience, I see a lot of brands and agencies who know what they want to create, but don't know where to start when looking for creative help.

- The process to find creative help can be a bit much, because brands and agencies need to build a new relationship w/ a creator
So brands and agencies invest time in finding a creator they think would be a good fit, strike initial conversations, and hope the initial project goes the way they want it too.
And it's difficult for brands and agencies to determine if the creator is going to be a good fit, because there's not a strong sense of trust or accountability yet in that relationship.
The trust and accountability comes from what they independently hear and see of you as a creator, and what you create for them with the initial project.
Louder.

THE TRUST AND ACCOUNTABILITY COMES FROM WHAT THEY INDEPENDENTLY HEAR AND SEE OF YOU AS A CREATOR...

...AND WHAT YOU CREATE FOR THEM WITH THE INITIAL PROJECT.
In other words, your:

- reputation
- responsible social presence
- consistent, available portfolio
- first impression

Build that trust and accountability needed to find work and keep it.
