I often get asked why Muslims don't eat Pork. Did you know it originates from the Old Testament & was merely reaffirmed in the Qur'an?
Leviticus 11:7-8 says:
"And the pig, though it has a divided hoof, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. You must not eat their meat.

2/ Most people don't even know the the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms and the Scrolls are Holy Books in Islam.
Many don't realise we believe in the same prophets & God as Christians & Jews. We just use Arabic names.
Allah = God
Ibrahim = Abraham
Esa = Jesus
Jibril = Gabriel

3/ A major difference between Christianity and Islam is that Muslims believe Esa - Jesus, Peace Be Upon Him, was a messenger of God and not his son.
He is the most mentioned prophet in the Qur'an.
Muslims believe Esa (pbuh) will return to defeat the Dajjal - The False Messiah.

4/ So when I see people who identify as Christian, mocking Islam for believing in Allah - aka: God, I do find it odd.
You don't have to believe in a particular teaching to learn a little about it.
It ultimately helps us all understand & get along with each other respectfully.
