To be a Dean of a faculty of education at a uni person has to demonstrate extensive knowledge, experience & service in the field of education. Yet in K-12 education in ON @Sflecce does not think knowledge & experience in education relevant to be a DOE. Interesting #onted
One is then forced to ask: How do they understand the purpose, role & function of the DOE? Can this person without knowledge of education be an instructional leader? His will they lead antiracist education efforts if they don’t understand education?
