Yes-Colonisation hurt the global south badly
Today-trade with the UK benefits the global south
Implying today’s British tea drinkers are guilty is in bad faith

I think it’s time we notice this sort of insidious behaviour and the individuals who engage in it for cheap social credit points in our vacuous status games society for what and who they are : arms dealers of the culture wars, without skin the game.

Ask yourself - is this person trying to increase division or to heal division? To cause a fight they won’t have to participate in themselves or to build a bridge?

And then try not to fall for the bait.
