Lot of misinformation and half truths in this infographic.

Claim 1: Status of APMC and MSP is guaranteed

False, as farmers have been demanding they want the government to pass a new legislation which deems MSP as a legal right and thus new bills are called the 'APMC bypass law' https://twitter.com/rupamurthy1/status/1357917614111150083
Claim 2: Farmers have freedom to sell outside of APMC and above MSP

This is true on face value. Digging deeper, it's paving the way for the dismantling of APMC and MSP, causing loss to the farmers. Look at Bihar for example where mandi system has been abolished and their prices.
Claim 3: Legal mechanism in favour of farmers for timely payment

Ideally true. However the farmer is prevented from going to court as the highest authority offered is the appellate authority. It's easier for traders to enter without a license from APMC leading to fraud.
Claim 4: Middleman in APMC are no longer in control of farmers sales and income.

Middlemen play an important role in the mandi process, and are trusted by the farmers.
Claim 5: Legal mechanism assist farmers by prosecuting unethical buyers/traders.

It's skewed against the farmers since they don't have the resources of a big agri corp for example. Also, as mentioned above, highest level is appellate authority, so no move to courts.
Claim 6: Buyers cannot get away from making full payments to farmers

Frauds have already happened, and farmers have been duped since the laws passed, and they're only going to increase further.
Claim 7: Farmers can fix their own price.

In an ideal world, but one APMC and MSP dissolve, the protection assured as now will vanish in the future. Farmers argue that conditions and price of purchasing from farmers will be set by exploitative private players.
Claim 8: Farmers can end agreements.

Again, not true as explained below.
Claim 9: Farmers can see India-wide and worldwide.

This doesn't benefit the farmers with small land holding who doesn't have the resources to sell outside of his own state, let alone to the world.
Claim 10: Farmers are at mercy of politically controlled APMC

And now they'll be at the mercy of greedy agri corps, that can stockpile grains without restriction when prices are low and not buy it when farmers come to sell, and sell their stockpile when prices are high.
