• Bipolar Psychosis
- Delusions & hallucinations that usually center around god/messiah like complexes

• So how could I spot psychosis in a friend/myself?
- Typically a person will not be aware of how outrageous/extreme their behavior is so this is where community care becomes key to helping someone with bipolar experiencing psychosis

- Checking in with friends and reaching out in whatever ways possible is essential, reaching out to hotlines designated for this specifically may also help but I've personally found it's people closest to you who can help you snap out of it
- If engaging with a friend who is experiencing bipolar psychosis it's important to understand your version of reality and theirs are COMPLETELY different and warped, make sure to at least read up a little or reach out to someone knowledgeable to best asses the situation
- and that's all I got so far for y'all. Please reach out if any of this resonates with you and you're looking for a friend. I had to dig myself out of my manic episode on my own and it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I am here to listen and help. <3
