What was the reasoning to perform content moderation on user names when majority of Clubhouse's user generated content is audio? How do we build social networks in 2021 that are diverse and inclusive and don't put onus on users who don't fit a company's standard persona?
How can we pair good intentions with proactive allyship to build products that cater to a wide set of users?
Anyway that's enough from me this weekend on the topic. Maybe in the future, I'll host a Clubhouse room talking about D&I in tech and how my last name has created conflicts with apps before
