The only way I can describe it, is that it's a great execution on a bad idea. The hosts/team have been handed a losing idea and are making the most of it.

It has the "buddies watching golf" vibe, but too much of it. The viewers don't care about random, "from the hip" bets placed using "points" by the host. It doesn't matter if they go 16-0 or 0-16 for the day. Viewers want to know the status of their OWN bets.
The idea of following one group is the real fatal flaw. I can't believe a new stream made it to air that actually shows LESS GOLF SHOTS than any other stream.

I just watched hours of coverage on a Friday afternoon, with a really sweaty cut number, and not once was there a real nod to that.
Nothing about popular golfers who were/weren't going to make it to the weekend.

I almost feel bad for Steve, George and Matt who are making the most of it.
They are being asked to CARRY the entire show, through endless downtime from their featured group while juggling these random bets that few people could even lay a dollar on.

There will be a future betting stream in golf that dominates. Hell, I even hope it's this one.
I hate to be critical because I want to see this succeed SO BAD but there's really no reason to watch this.
