Redemption? Under a fellow German who believes in him. He has attitude & he has ability we need to see consistency for the rest of the season and beyond.

Azpi “Dave” “Azpli” 
Captain and proud, proper Chelsea. One of our best right backs ever. Converted LB to RB to CB. Oozing class! Hope he stays for 1 more year then I believe we move in different directions.
Could retire & get onto the coaching staff? Imagine

Emerged under Frank as a dependable, dangerous centre half. Compliments Silva fantastically. It’s as if he’s matured now this is prime Kurt.
He’ll get his chance with Tuchel. Take Azpi’s space at CB maybe down the line, we’ll see. He has a future, I hope

His heart is in the right place. He’s a Chelsea graduate. I wished he had lived up to potential & is so inconsistent. Unfortunately he’s found himself out of favour yet again.
You may disagree but I see him sold this summer. 25-30m is good for us. We’re down to 8 imo

The one that got away. If Tuchel had come a month sooner, we’d have Tomori in a back 3. The thoughts are sad but I’m happy for him!

The next Tomori? Next in line for sure & if Tomori goes to AC then Marc has an opportunity to come back, pre season work hard and who knows the outcome.
Takes AC’s 4th / 5th spot. Like Gilmour a constant cup player? I’d like to see it. He’s got potential

Free transfer & something that was well worth doing. A free opportunity to develop a defender who has had hype as a teenager. Can loans help unlock him to Chelsea’s standard. Another option to take a 4th / 5th slot.

Ethan Ampadu 
I’ll cut to the chase, for Ethan to break into Chelsea he needs to be playing for a better team than bottom of the league Sheff United. No good for him.
We have too much ahead of him right now. Another loan. A better loan might give him a chance down the line.
