One thing I’ve noticed is that when Black Men start to make it to the top, other successful black men welcome the newcomers quickly and with open arms. You’ll see super successful BM hanging out with up & coming football players, etc. Black Women could take notes

You’ll see groups of BM hanging out and putting each other on. People you would never expect to even see together. But they create that environment of wealth and brotherhood quickly. BW of varying levels of success NEED to start doing this. There’s nothing wrong with it.

When other “minorities” get together and create small cliques and stuff at work or school no one bats an eye. So don’t be scared to create a welcoming space with/for other LIKE MINDED black women.
