. @MassGovernor is announcing a phone vaccine scheduling resource call center that can help people 75 and over.
The call center will operate Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm starting today. It is staffed by 500 people who speak English and Spanish. There will be translators who can help with 100+ languages. The operators only have access to the same appointments that are online already.
Right now @MassGovernor says there are 20k openings at @GilletteStadium, @fenwaypark and the Springfield mass vax site.
State also launching an educational campaign called Trust The Facts Get The Vax. It will run during @SuperBowl programming.
In the research for the video campaign health officials say a survey indicated 53% had concerns and hesitancy about getting the vaccine. Many of them had a wait and see approach.
