A small thread:
Disha's case is not officially with CBI. They have probed people related to Disha because there were hints but they are not officially investigating Disha's case.
The inside stories no one knows. When Soumyadipta said it's not linked with SSR case...(1)
It means it's officially not established yet. Doesn't mean they have ruled out any connection. It's important that we don't get bogged down. CBI hasn't officially taken up Disha's case. Supreme Court gave them jurisdiction to investigate related cases to find SSR's murderers (2)
CBI investigated whatever they wanted to and now they are not looking into it for the time being.
This of course doesn't mean CBI hasn't got the necessary details. CBI is not obligated to reopen Disha's case. None from her family sought it. Whatever was important as details..(3)
CBI has already interrogated and got hold of the info. Linking the case officially is not required at this moment.
Our objective is to find SSR's killers. Once thats done, Disha's justice will be served too as it's the same gang.
