Did Democrats have a special meeting and decide that forcing in-person instruction, suing the school districts they underfund, and bashing teachers & their unions was the way to win in 2022?

I expected this shit w Trump.

I did not expect it to get exponentially worse w Biden...
It's cute how accounts unfamiliar w my account show up in the comments w their trite "told you so" takes, assuming my tweet meant I did not pay attention to Biden's campaign or haven't unleashed a steady critique of Dems on public ed for years... 🙄
Anyways, my point is that while I certainly was under no illusions that Biden would be much better on public ed or COVID, I did not expect the intense ramp up of vitriol & forced exposure currently coming from Dem circles during pandemic peak, complete w lawsuits & union bashing.
At least I'm super stoked about the ancient Egypt escape room I'm doing with my 6th graders today...that'll be a nice distraction from Dems trying to get teachers killed.
In case you missed the whole Dems now suing school districts to force reopenings thing... https://twitter.com/trekkerteach12/status/1357529028270247937
