3 months ago I gave myself a challenge:

Build and ship 6 products in 6 months.

I'm halfway there, here is what I learned so far

My Objectives:

- Learn faster than usual startups
- Less product, more marketing!
- Stop being shy about shipping
- Learn how to fail

What worked so far:

- I built and shipped 3 products in 3 months! It's achievable
- I built everything with #nocode to be as fast as possible
- I was forced to be super focused on how I can deliver value
- I learned a ton about marketing!

What failed:

- Scaling is impossible. You don't have enough time to scale properly
- I haven't launched anything on ProductHunt yet. Still "shy"
- It's super hard to prioritize

What next:

- I will continue and end this challenge 3 more to go!
- I will try to create some partnership with other makers, #indiehackers
- After the challenge, I'll probably slow down a bit (4 products in 12 months?) to create more complex products and scale them!
