we talk about yoongi’s flow and lyricism a lot but we need a convo about his delivery and cadence. the way he changes his voice, slips into different attitudes with the lyrics and convey an emotion, feeling, PRESENCE is out of this world and deserves its own praise
day one and he was easily owning the attitude, notice how he plays with little adlibs & voice tonality to deliver his lines,, that’s what makes his rap even more memorable and effortlessly cool
dis-ease a song i will forever refer to as an example of his mastery at this,, yoongi delivers a whole character here. beyond flow & lyricism, VOICE is an incredibly powerful tool in rap and he plays with his easily to paint a vivid attitude
honestly i can keep referencing to most of his songs cus for yoongi this is just an innate quality of his rapping,, but this is already a thread in my drafts and i will talk about it,, just wanted to say that for yoongi?? music is the priority and he always delivers the feel
