So unbelievably (to me), I've woken up today to having over 20,000 followers on here, which is just mind-blowing. When I started advocating for #AcademicMentalHealth I could never have foreseen how much reach I would get. I thought no-one would pay attention. I was wrong. 1/n
To celebrate 20k of you being here (thank you all so much) I thought I'd highlight 20 initiatives related to #AcademicMentalHealth, some I've been involved in, others not, that I'd like you to be aware of. It's never been about me - it's about this community. So here goes ⬇️ 2/n
1. The #100Voices project. 100 researchers, over 100 days, sharing 100 unique mental health journeys. Thank you to all of you that has made this possible (and we even have started the second #100Voices, so that's 200 of you sharing your experiences)
