What he doesn't tell you is that he's an industry veteran who's been doing what he's doing for a decade and a half at the highest level, has deep connections in the government (all the way to the heart of State House) and top Silicon Valley funders and mentors on speed dial. https://twitter.com/SamGichuru/status/1357568623007698945
That is on top of various in-house entrepreneur trainings and multi-year experience doing the same things in the real world. All ingredients of a successful execution of an idea that your ordinary 20-year-old or even 30-year-old wouldn't have.
You need context to take such motivational texts. It's not as easy as they put it in 200 characters.

Now, about coding
It's this nonsense created by the internet where, in the quest for "equality", we're all being made to believe we are equal in our capabilities. We're not. This stems a lot from this condemnation of our education system and aping everything American.
If there's one thing our education system does very well then it is segmenting people based on their intellectual capacity. There will always be slow learners in our midst. People for whom the sciences weren't meant to be their mainstay. That's fine.
That filter makes sure that - save for a few cases - those who truly deserve to undertake certain disciplines truly do. Exams za campo, even with all the cheating huwa ngumu enough by second year watu huwa wamejichuja wenyewe. Hard to fake your way through it all.
Coding is problem solving at the highest level. Requires lots of brainpower and skill. Brainpower to think of and come up with ideas to solve the problem at hand. Skill to actually do that. In an unequal world, the skill is underrated because of labour surplus -
You can always outsource. At founding, one just needs a partner who can handle the code, after scaling, one can hire a team. They get rewarded - in returns and/or funding - for their thinking. Don't kill yourself trying to learn code.
