Tokyo Olympics chief said board meetings with women "take so much time" and brought up the idea of regulating speaking times.

So if the Tokyo Olympics chief wants to regulate speaking times in meetings then it is time for him to take several seats and lean in.

Women have been waiting patiently to speak and be heard for long enough.
