I think the few last generations of men have misunderstood the metaphor of “men being hunters” and have ruined the position. We have abused our power of leadership that God gave us and used it to exploit everything and everyone one around us, starting with women.
We have COMPLETELY DESTROYED the trust, honour and respect that women used to have for us, so much so that they have decided to adapt to life WITHOUT us. They don’t want men anywhere around them but who can blame them?
On social media we are sex craved maniacs, in real life we are manipulators, abusers, rapists, murders, starters of wars, lack accountability and a dishonest gender.
What’s the solution? You’ll probably stop reading if I say....should I really say it? Ok, here goes...seek help. “From who?” Great question. There’s a saying that “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” meaning, you first must ACKNOWLEDGE that you haven’t been a great man..
...to begin with! So you need to find the blue print of a man who you think is well respected by both men AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WOMEN. The only person I can honestly say that fits the criteria is....*drum roll* Jesus Christ. That’s right.
The Lord Jesus was the GREATEST EVER example of a man who loved women without loving them for what they had to offer but just simply for WHO THEY WERE. He showed empathy, compassion, respect and love for every women He came into contact with.
In fact, He broke a lot of rules and risked His life for the women He came into contact with. For example, Mary Magdalene was seen by society as a prostitute. When He met her for the first time her head was about to be bashed in by, yep men, who were keeping to laws and tradition
Created by themselves in how to deal with her harlotry! The Lord Jesus did the ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE and said the them “He who is without sin AMONG YOU, let him throw a stone at her first.” In other words, with Him being the Son of God, He knew the dirt they had done which was...
...probably a lot worse than what she had done. He was basically saying “I mean really guys, you don’t think I know what you’ve done but you have the AUDACITY to judge her?!”
In short, Jesus Christ loved women for being them not for what they could offer. Imitate Him.
