While i was on my break i fortunately watched 12 Kingdoms and i can confidently say that it's my second favourite Isekai anime as of now.

Score: Solid 8/10.

It's way too different from your generic isekai anime.
It truly shines in its creative world building which is normally the weakest point of Isekai Anime. Moreover, unlike other isekai stuff here our protagonist didn't know anything like us i.e audience hence the plot was unpredictable and more enjoyable.
Character desgins and background sceneries were really creative, beautiful and aesthetic. The themes of Racism, War and Political conflicts are nicely explored. Once again the world building in this show is amazing, the cultures of different kingdoms,
how life is born in this world, how kings and queens are chosen etc etc...I also loved how our protagonist was thrown into this world and how she gradually learned and developed herself after facing so many hardships and meeting different kinds of people.
Tho there are some both minor and major flaws in the Anime also. Some characters are annoying and feel like just forced into the plot. Black Kirin arc felt incompleted and finally the final stretch felt like a filler and it kind of ruined the beautiful ending of third arc.
Nonetheless, one of the best and creative isekai anime out there, highly recommended.
