A clear cut understanding of concepts is needed, if we want to implement mathematics around it. If a student understands what is a zener diode and all the history and theory around it, then the student need not byheart it, he himself will be able to do a research on it and get
get onto a level where he can answer any question on those topics. And he himself will understand that the zener diode can be used as an voltage regulator.

The class room or textbook teaching contains the same content, our Edoreal teaches same content.
But students should be given an opportunity to do all these things in a playful method, a little more research around each concept, implication and more importantly inspiration.

We have to go beyond textbooks.
We hv to create the kind of environment to learn. By force if we ask them to sit and learn and if they are not interested, they don't.

If we carefully observe, the curriculum is good, the textbooks are good, if we go through word by word in textbooks, we can understnd everything
It seems everything is perfect about engineering, it looks like there is no problem.
But there is a problem, we can see the fate of engineering today in India.

If the textbooks are perfect, the teachers are perfect, there should be no problem, but there is a problem.
Obviously d problem comes in implementation

The problem is, we don't know d concepts, a very few people know the concepts which were written in textbooks.
We r just one step away, we r here nd the textbook is there, but nobody opens and read it for long. It is as simple as that.
If we have to read textbooks, we have to read them like an IAS aspirant. It's not at all possible for all students to read like that.

The students are coming out of engineering without any skills, not because the teaching is bad or textbooks are bad.
If there is no good environment, if we don't teach why we are teaching a particular concept, if the theory is not taught, if our focus is on marks, or any competitive exam where your reputation or your ambition is at stake, when the focus goes like that.
In this internet age, where the whole information is available at your fingertips on your mobiles, still we are failing as a system, the engineering is failing.

We are living in a world where the knowledge is there, books, intention is there, but nobody is there to teach the way
way it should be taught, there is no right environment.

It is getting even worse now, nobody cares to even understand what is being taught.

The time has come for us to become warriors. It's time to introspect and rebel against the system.
It is easy to be a warrior in this internet age.
We should not be against the commercialization. You will make more money if you give a good product.

If you have to run the college, you need money. Nobody can do anything with free of cost.
We know that earning money is important, running after money is not.
We should work on creating right environment, to bring quality, curiosity, inspiration and emotion.
You don't necessarily need to read textbooks. They are lengthy and sometimes boring.
We provide you 10 times better to get to know what they are.
Don't restrict yourself to a curriculum, more and more innovation should come.
The passion is developed not by textbooks alone in this social fast paced world.

When u teach with passion, when u teach after a lot of research, when u teach in a way that the students get interested, the so called tough concepts become elementary.
Some colleges teach like, why are you wasting your time in learning theory or concept, just learn the formula, so we have become very ignorant. It's not the way to teach.

We should become activists, then only the revolution will come.
Comfort zones don't help anybody. Break your comfort zones and belief systems.
Don't be afraid to welcome new things into our lives. Use technology, let together build a better world where the students get better out of the system. Don't limit yourself to classroom teaching only
I am sure if we try new methodology, giving extra support, the parents come out with more awareness. Parents are now realizing that we have to go beyond marks, beyond textbooks.

Let's make Engineering education great again.
