What is addiction?

Any behavior you use to cope with your emotion,

and temporarily relief from feeling that you can't

acknowledge to self and others becomes your addiction.
You become addicted to any behavior that makes you "feel good" temporarily,

and makes your nervous system dysregulation.
Addiction includes :

- Toxic relationship
- Drugs
- Pornography
- Chronic business
- Social media
- Foods(Carbs)
- Games
- Shopping... etc.
but, deep down its root cause is attachment traumas that make you disconnected from yourself.

Attachment trauma occurs when your earliest bond did not meet your emotional needs.

You become addicted because they temporarily provide relief.
A pull to "feel good" is so strong that you become addicted to this behavior and you call it an addiction.

With repetition of this behavior,

it becomes your.
That is why addiction is not a choice it's a trap.

and it's not your fault.

You become trapped in your own trauma body.
