There were no protests for 2 months btw 4th Jun to 9th August. But hell broke lose after Ambani announced 5G. Ambani is also potential rival to Amazon & Twitter. Ever wondered why is Reliance being targeted when it’s not even present in agricultural sector? It’s a corporate war.
And what about Adani? Adani is a major competitor to China in Australia. And Australia is increasingly defying China. Adani is involved in Colombo Eastern Corridor of Transmission in Sri Lanka to counter Chinese dominance. Stop Adani is a well funded campaign running for years.
Where do Khalistanis & western ‘anti-fascists’ fit in? Just ask who funds Khalistanis? Pakistan? Or is it Chinese money? Wokes are controlled by big corporates like Amazon who wage war against the govts that don’t bend to them. Recall his disastrous visit to India & govt stand.
These are also the factors we need to consider when trying to understand the campaign to defame, boycott & divest against Ambani-Adani at the international level. Too many forces are trying to ride the farmer unions’ protests in India. Intersectionality is a corporate tool.
