This is a recording of Barrie Police officers using excessive force on a person in downtown Barrie.
"Hand behind your back or I'm lighting you up"
*taser on his back*
"My hand's behind my back.. I can't..Please help me"
Cop grabs him by his hair and smashes his head on the curb
An earlier video of the person screaming "Get off of me..I'm not resisting..call 911"
Cop can be seen throwing the young male to the ground, smashing his head and yelling at bystanders.

Also, of at least 4 cops seen none are wearing masks.
