Got some weird looks for bursting into tears mid-sentence during an oral presentation re: Consent & Capacity Board precedents once (not yet working in-field, ugh).

It's not unusual for women with PTSD, dx'd or not, to end up on an indefinite hold because of the ghost of a chance they may relapse into suicidality.

It's also not unusual for men who do DV getting greenlit to go home and do some more.

#MAiD is just the end of the pipeline.
