Again I'm new to astro twitter but I'm already noticing a lot of Wyt astrologers claiming they need a "break" from the community from the drama. Like... did you even do anything useful?

do you even know that self-care was a concept popularized by Angela Davis and the Black Panthers? Are you aware of the bypassing that happens on the daily in spiritual communities where fragile-ass wyt people claim self-care to avoid accountability and learning?

Also like.. community takes work. Sorry. Sorry that spirituality is not a way to avoid the real world. Sorry that you're reminded of being human. Nobody gets just the good parts of community. Community is ugly and messy and beautiful at the same time.

are you really letting your "venus" shine when your comfort continuously comes at the cost of QTBIPOC? And when you weaponize your comfort to run from real community healing and not do the work? There is a reason why scorpio is mars ruled but also has healing powers.

Do the fucking inner work. Astrology and tarot is a tool. Being a wyt astrologer and being lazy about community and equity is spiritually violent. It makes you bad at using these tools. You are bound to cause harm if you don't do the work
