Only way how to survive or even outperform this cycle:
Surround yourself w best possible people who are smarter,better,etc. That's why cocky founders who feel after some particular wins like masters of universe can't win in the long run. Over years I saw hundreds of projects >>

w super smart&experienced founders talking a lot about decentralization,permissionless,etc. but they weren't listening others, they wanted to have control over their project, they were often bigger blocker for progress than catalyst. Otoh if you've ever been on DevCon you could>>
