The document preservation notices apply to posts about Dominion from a long list of Trump allies. Last month, Dominion sued Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell. "More will follow," the letters say. Earlier today, a DIFFERENT tech company, Smartmatic, sued Fox, Rudy, and Powell. (2/3)
Dominion's letters to social sites are about preserving evidence. "As a number of these sites have banned users or removed content related to false claims about the election, Dominion has written the attached letters to ensure that the data is not erased," a rep told me. (3/3)
