I don’t see how people fail to see that America is a white establishment and the majority of the companies in America are white establishments due to the fact that America is a white establishment.
No matter how many black people move to this country it will continue to be a white establishment. No matter how black people work at these companies they will still be white establishments.
The infrastructure that this country was built on was designed for white people to prosper. From day one. Years of establishing the grounds to keep it this way.
Every time black people gain ground they redesign the system. You can change the people in power but they still operate within the infrastructure set in place by those who have come before.
A bunch of hateful ass white men wrote the constitution for white people not black people. They argued and negotiated the idea of a black person being counted as a full person. And decided that every black person should be considered 3/5 a person.
What are we talking about here? They made it ILLEGAL for black people to read. Literally had to fight for the right to read. You don’t think hundreds of years of doing such as effects today you’re crazy.
After Nat Turner led the slave revolt in 1831 they made it legal to do so. Except for Maryland Tennessee and of course Kentucky.
Not only did black people have to fight for the right to read they had to figure how to read on their own. They had to steal books and hide that they were educated.
That was in 1831. Schools weren’t integrated until 1954. It wasn’t until 2017 that all schools were integrated with Mississippi finally deciding to get fully on board by integrating Cleveland HS in Cleveland Mississippi. 2017.
Don’t run from your white history during black history month. Seems like this February should be given to white folks to learn their own true history, because we know our story but it doesn’t seem that a lot of you know your true history.
