Minister @AngusTaylorMP has (again) gone backwards on climate policy

In the underwhelming 'future fuels discussions paper' out today the Minister has confirmed no real support for Electric Vehicles

Or as the Oz puts it - he has hit the brakes on EVs

Instead of lowering EV costs like in EU or US (by removing import taxes, lowering rego, stamp duty or taxing dirty cars) Taylor will do nothing

Apparently cause its not cost effective (a metric not used with fossil fuel industry)

Even easy things like purchasing Electric Vehicles for the government fleet of cars - which Biden has committed to straight away - he won't do.
