Read/study the mythology of Svarbhanu and how the head (Rahu) was separated from its body (Ketu). This helps me understand the nature of Rahu and Ketu.
M*r*en's downfall is a great example of why it's best to stick to your roots and follow your Ketu. Ketu keeps us humble and plants our feet firmly on the ground.
