All these forces have committed themselves to prevent revival of JCPOA. Everyone must be careful about the forces that seek to kill this movement [to revive JCPOA] and follow their policies in a rational & wise way....
For us, reviving of JCPOA & removal of sanctions is good, but we won't beg for it. If they want to come back to JCPOA they must also come back to their commitments, and will reciprocate. If this doesn't happen we won't be rolling a red carpet for them....
If they are ready to alter course, we welcome this and this is something that can happen in the coming weeks. It is also possible that the 'forces of darkness' prevent this. [END]
